In Apple Music (Mac) - Native Apple Music application not showing "Home New Radio" options but the options do show with music.apple.com PWA

Exactly as the title says - On my macbook air (m4), the native Apple Music application is not showing "Home New Radio" options. However I created a PWA in Safari of music.apple.com which does work. Technically this is a work laptop, so curious if anyone has had this issue before and if it was resolved. Thinking it might be a VPN thing?

My IT says they haven't restricted anything from Apple Music or changed settings to affect this. I'm fine with the PWA app for now, just miss that sweet lossless.
