icloud drive sync issue on windows 11

Can anybody help me to fix the sync issue with iCloud drive on Windows 11.

Nothing works, reinstalling iCloud drive several times, try to run as admin, AV off, etc...some of the steps was a little better ok few files were uploaded but than it stuck again, or it stuck at updating or initializing.
