Small spots on iPhone rear camera photos
When I click photos on my iPhone's rear camera, small spots are visible on the image

Are these the spots you're referring to?
They look to me as bad pixels in the camera's sensor. If that's what they are there's little you can do to fix it except to have the sensor replaced.
I have a similar problem with my iPhone:
The only way I know to fix bad pixels in a camera's sensors is to replace the sensor. It's probably expensive so I never looked into it.
