Missing ONE Playlist From iCloud Upload

So I just signed up for an Apple Music account so I can access all my songs remotely. You know the point of the service, so I won't explain that part.

Every single file I own uploaded to the cloud without issue, but the problem is that all but ONE of my curated playlists made it up. And, of course, the missing playlist is the most important one: the one with all my favorite gym songs on it. That particular list is the sole reason I decided to pay for this service.

I have NO idea how/why this happened. All the songs that comprise the playlist are present, and the playlist was visible from my phone while Apple Music was syncing. Once it finished the sync, though, just that one list was gone. My other 15 or so playlists are there, but that one is not. It's still visible on my Mac, just not from my iPhone.

Any idea what happened here and how I can get this playlist to finally sync?
