Is keyboard replacement (Macbook) covered by AppleCare Plus (UK)?

My Macbook (14" M1 Pro, 2021) keyboard is is an unpleasant state. I am extremely diligent about regularly cleaning it, but with time the keys have unavoidably become super oily. I need to replace the key caps but want to know if this is covered by AppleCare+, on account of the quality of the key caps clearly not being built to last.

Has anyone (specifically in the UK) got experience of getting their Macbook keyboards replaced by Apple at no extra cost?
