Verification code can't be sent to this phone - error

I was creating an Apple Business Manager account and have completed all the required fields (e.g., Company Name, email, and phone number). After successfully verifying my email, I encountered an error during the “Verify Phone Number” step. I also tried using a different phone number and the call option, but the same error still occurs.




Is there an alternative way or a solution to this?

Am no expert in this area, yet your post to the community deserves some response:

Seems verification codes can only be sent to "trusted" devices that Apple already knows belong to that Apple Account user : eg: a phone number that Apple already verified for use..
