Missing Apple Music library and playlists on iPhone

my Apple Music library (including playlist) has deleted. It says I only have about three songs saved to my library and all of my playlist now only have one or two songs on them. There hasn’t been a lapse in paying the bill or anything and everything shows up just fine on my Mac. I’ve tried resyncing my library from my laptop but it makes no difference in what’s showing up on my phone
