Downloaded list in podcast library showing podcasts that are NOT downloaded

In the Podcasts app, under Library, there are a few podcasts that show up, but when I click on them, there is nothing downloaded. Yet they show up in the "Downloaded" library, for some reason. I can't delete anything because there's no option to, I'm guessing because there IS no downloaded podcast. Screenshot above - Matt & Shane's Secret Podcast - I have no episodes downloaded, and I'm not following the show. Why is it there?

How do I get the podcasts that are not downloaded to stop showing up under "Downloaded"?
