Lost Beats - Device not showing on Find My

Hello, last Friday it seems my beats either got stolen or lost. I am trying to find them and i’ve done everything i can to find it on the Find My, including going on others phones and look at their Find My. Unfortunately the device only shows in my Bluetooth devices and not the Find My. I have the serial number, model number, and version. They are the Beats Solo3. Any help on how to find them if not connected to the app?
