When I fullscreen my MS word the Home, Insert, Draw options get cut off and makes it difficult to work with. I don't know if I pressed something that mightve zoomed in or messed up the formatting of the MS word in general but I can't seem to get it back to what it was before. It looks perfectly normal when not in fullscreen.
Here is what I currently see in fullscreen mode
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.7
Not sure this is the answer but, in either Mac or Windows, View gives access to a Zoom setting where you can enter a percentage that will allow you to see the full width. When not in full screen, dragging the top of the Word window will move it to right or left, easy to do without intending.

Although I have not always found them helpful, they can be very good sometimes, and they do need to know if there is a problem.
One thing that is confusing me is that Home, Insert, and Draw are quite visible in your screenshot, with Home selected. Do they not respond? Trying to reproduce the problem, I notice that, in full screen mode, if the cursor/pointer is above the top of the window, they will be obscured by the top menu. An extreme example from Windows using Parallels, with the Mac menu bar showing:
The answer there is to approach from below.
I have the same issue and it is not fixed with zoom....
