Macbook Pro Screen Issue

I've got a 2019 Macbook Pro and recently have been having issues with my screen.

You will see in my screen recording (youtube link) at the start the saturation is super off in lots of random places, and the spotify icon in the dock. You will then see that as I go to take a screenshot the colours all balance out and look how they should. Any help would be amazing.
