iCal 2 week repeating calendar issue

I have a work schedule that is a 2 week block that keeps repeating.

Week 1: Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday

Week 2: Sunday Monday Wednesday Thursday

I have done this sucessfully before but this time it is not working. I added the first week and it was no problem. The second week, every time I add it (attempted in my iphone and laptop both), it puts the Sunday on the correct day but then puts the monday wednesday and thursday on the next week with week 1 days. Any idea why it's doing this?!!

I click on the sunday to start a new event

I select repeat

Select Custom

Frequency is every 2 weeks

Every sunday monday wednesday thursday is added

This is where it puts sunday correctly but the following 3 days go on the next week erroneously.
