Apple iPadOS User Guide videos?

Mother's circa 2011 HP tower running winXP was getting a little archaic, so I convinced her to buy a new iPad with a USB-C connector so she could access her external USB storage.

I confirmed iPadOS met my requirements. Plug in the drive, launch Files, select the drive, explore. Very intuitive. PASS.

I then confirmed that my Mom is completely flummoxed by the iPadOS UI. FAIL.

I went to an Apple Store to discuss this situation. Staff there told me this a VERY COMMON PROBLEM.

For the life of me I can't find the iPadOS User Guide youtube videos she cited.

HELP.

I think I'm looking for approved Apple video showing what the UI looks like for the most common activities like

a) drives / Files / explore etc

b) anything security related, like "was that you whom logged in from ?"

with someone talking in the background.

She lives on an island with zero Apple stores.
