Apple Arcade 3 Month Free Trial

Recently I had bought a IPad Air (7th Generation) and When I was buying it I was only given access to a 3 month free trial of Apple News, Music, and TV. I was never given an option for the Apple Arcade free trial. I now had returned the IPad and bought a MacBook Air (M4) instead. I was still not given access to the free trial. I had used the 1 month free trial but i don't believe I've ever used a Apple Arcade 3 month free trial.
