airpods pro 3 settings

A few days ago, I bought AirPods Pro 3. Immediately after pairing them with my phone for the first time, I couldn't see them as AirPods, only as accessory_model_... . I couldn't see their battery status in the settings or in some of the settings. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and iOS 18. I don't even have the settings and features for older versions of iOS. I tried to reset the headphones and update them, but they can't be updated and resetting them doesn't help.
