Itunes is not seeing iphone, ipad or ipod
Here is the setup. One Windows 11 PC, two users that have own logins, one itunes installation (From Apple, not from Microsoft). For me, I launch itunes and plugin iphone, ipad or ipod, and it sees it just fine. In Itunes, the icon is there and clicking on it brings up the gadget so you can sync/backup. My wife logins to her account, launch itunes, her music is all there but when plugging in any device, it does not see it. The PC does see it in file explorer.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes many, many times. It is the latest version 12.13.9
- I untrusted and then trusted the PC on the device
- Tried many cables and USB ports
- Scoured the web for this issue and many people have it too. Tried all suggestions too.
- Repaired the itunes installation on wifes account.
- Seems to have all supporting files such as Apple Mobile devices.
- Not sure if I need Bonjour or not. Used to need it but I see it is not valid anymore.
