How do I add AirPods Pro 3 to my iCloud devices only with Mac, without iPhone?

I connected my AirPods Pro 3 to my Mac Air m4 Sequoia 15.7.1 via Bluetooth. It's work fine, but don't appear on my iCloud devices. Mac signed in iCloud account and Mac appeared in My Devices. What should I do to make the AirPods appear in my devices?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.7
