Apple does not create any of the emojis you see. They are all standardized by the Unicode Consortium so they are compatible across all devices no matter the manufacturer. Otherwise when you sent one, it may not appear at all on the other device or appear as something completely different. The emoji is not actually a picture that is sent, it is simply a character code that is sent and it is the Unicode Consortium that determines what that code means. On your device using Apple Intelligence, Apple does allow you to create a Genmoji of anything you want. Those are sent as pictures, so they technically are not emojis, but can be used in Messages like you would use a emoji. You can do that now to support your team.
