samsung printer on mac monterey
hi, i have a samsung printer scx3405fh, install software, but dont print. error shown'filterfailed'. please help me

The Samsung SCX-3405FH is only supported by Apple's built-in AirPrint. HP only has Linux or Windows drivers available on their site now. Old 32-bit printer drivers for this device are not supported on macOS Monterey. HP purchased the Samsung printer division in November 2017.
Apple's AirPrint support means you do not need Samsung drivers or applications to configure or use it on macOS Monterey. It does need to be networked (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) for AirPrint support. You would need to visit System Preferences > Printers & Scanners panel. If the SCX-3405FH is present under Printers, right-click on it and choose Reset Print System… That will remove it from this panel. Then add it back and use the following animation to clarify how you add it as an AirPrint device:
I am not familiar with the SCX-3405FH, but if it is a multi-function unit, you can use Apple's Image Capture for the scanning application.
