So, when i first logged in to iCloud on Windows, it told me to verify. I did (by phone number since i cant access my Apple devices). After that, it still told me to verify. Please help!

I am having the same issue.
I have 2 Win 10 PC's.
PC 1 has education License, so it stopped getting security updates.
PC 2 is getting the extended security updates.
PC 1 works fine with iCloud. PC 2 doesn't.
Comparing the update history, PC 2 has an update for .NET that was released on 10/14/2025.
The update is KB5066747 - Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2.
My wild guess is that this update is the cause of the problem.
That is the ONLY difference between the two PC's.
I hope someone can find a fix, it's really annoying.
