Problems with Siri while using Apple Carplay with Spotify and Amazon Music

When using Apple Car Play (wired or wireless) with my Iphone 16 Pro Max (Running IOS 18.7.1), I cannot play music using the "Ask Siri To Play Audio" function in the Spotify or Amazon Music App. When I try, I will get a response from Siri saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." I have logged in and out, deleted Spotify and Amazon Music and reinstalled, but nothing helps. This condition has happened on multiple vehicles. My wife's iPhone is just like mine and works just fine with it. It seems to be isolated to my phone. Please help! I really miss this feature. It used to work great!
