On iPhone iOS 26 Apple Music downloads only work when entire library is synced?

I am on iOS 26.0.1. I am trying to download stand alone albums to listen to offline from Apple Music to my iPhone 16 without downloading every single item in my library, as I don't have room for that on the device.

In the previous iOS version when you turned on sync, there was an option to not automatically download the songs. In this version I'm not seeing this option.

I really just want to be able to pick and choose which albums get downloaded.
