*Surroundings. Always remain aware of your environment and body posture during use. Apple Vision Pro is designed for use in controlled areas that are safe, on a level surface. Keep away from sharp objects and sources of excessive heat, and do not use it around stairs, balconies, railings, glass, mirrors, windows, or other hazards. Never use Apple Vision Pro while operating a moving vehicle, bicycle, heavy machinery, or in uncontrolled environments requiring attention to safety. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate alternative backup or safety measures in controlled environments. Using the device in low light conditions may increase the risk of collision with objects in your environment.
Please don’t put yourself and others in danger.

I suspect some of the misunderstanding is simply the result of Apple’s design.
It DOES look a LOT like a transparent HUD goggle which might be fitted to a military flight helmet.
Apple reinforces this illusion with marketing images showing the user’s eyes “looking out from within.”
The reality - which informed consumers understand - is that it’s a SOLID WALL; and that one is just looking at computer screens. (In both directions)

The display of the Vision Pro may be called glasses, but Apple is advertising the Vision Pro as a wearable workstation for spatial computing, immersive vision, and spatial audio.
In Germany we are not even allowed to hold an iPhone while driving, and the Vision Pro would be much more distractive than an iPhone.
no matter what apple said, then it would without a doubt be illegal in all countries around the globe
Hello~ Agreed…
