I am trying to access to the full card number that Apple generates for each card, but I only could see the last 4 digits. The other ones are with * but are not accessible.
how can I see all of them?

Apple does not generate any numbers. All numbers associated with your account are created by the issuing bank. Apple does not know or store the full unencrypted number on any servers. Only the issuing bank has access to the DPAN (Device Primary Account Number) in an unencrypted form.
Banks generally don’t provide that information for security reasons. But, it can’t hurt to ask.
Your bank’s CSR apparently mis-informed you as to “who” generates the 16-digit number and how it is handled within the payments system. (likely out of simple ignorance and/or lack of access rather than malice).
That said, if your bank won’t (or because of security policy can’t) provide you with the number … no one else can.

Even with knowledge of the digits, they are meaningless w/o being transmitted along with other encrypted data as part of a complete and authenticated ApplePay transaction.
I am referring to Apple Pay number that is generated when you add a card into your wallet.
I ask the bank and they have confirmed that the number is generated by Apple and saved by them too, so the bank doesn’t have access to it, as it is specified for my iPhone phone.
I need the code to ask for the payment receipt at a shop, they can’t found it without first and 4 last number of the card used… in that case Apple Pay numbers.

Are you referring to what is frequently known as the Apple Pay number, or the physical card number or the virtual card number?
