ios 26 issues - MS office - audio - WiFi connection - trackpad on magic keyboard

So, I was having issues with MS office on the iPad iOS 18. So I “upgraded” to iOS 26.0.1.

And it hasn’t fixed the MS office issues (I can’t actually use any of the apps as they “freeze” and then I have to forced quit them).

WiFi keeps dropping the connection between the router and my iPad.

I lost audio in a webinar 8 times in an hour - disconnected my headphones - that didn’t work and then lost connection to my iPad speakers 6 times.

The trackpad stopped working and I had to disconnect everything. Shutdown. Reboot and reconnect everything.

It’s essentially making my iPad unusable (as lots of other features no longer work, or have changed). Why would you make things worse (not better).

Unhappy am I.

You would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support - and request a remote diagnostic test of your iPad. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to hands-on test and assess your iPad.
