Sony TV's Internal Apple TV+ App Not Connecting - Oct 2025
For the last few weeks, I haven't been able to get the Apple TV app (on the Sony) to load and keeps showing "no internet connection." TV gets almost 200Mb speed and all other internal apps work fine. This is on an 85Z9K (2023 model) and also on a 75Z9D. Both running Apple's v16.0.0
On with Apple support for an hour with no solution. ATT provides internet here and that 1GB is up and running.
I checked a small Samsung in my office, with a Roku and the Apple app opened fine.
When I spoke to Sony, they opened a case for me. Are there others among you that are having problems with the internal Apple TV app on their Sony television? Thank you.
