access to my iCloud email accounts impossible

After deleted the 'pegasus spyware' scam email, I can no longer get access to my apple accounts and emails. How can I fix this? It's across all my apple devices.

No email, let alone deleting an email, can cause this. Pegasus was a nation-state level professional attack affecting a handful of political figures.

What happens if you try to sign into https://icloud.com/find in Safari?

It must have been something else then. It was after deleting a vicious email alleging they had footage of me in an uncompromising situation. I've managed now to get back into my main apple account and changed password etc. Very grateful that you got back to me though. Many thanks.
