apple tv sidebar not visible

I have bundled Apple TV and Peacock. The subscription is recognized per the Manage subscription setting. However, my sidebar ends at settings (after library). So no access to Peacock sub because Peacock is nowhere to be found on my explore channels row. And to make matters worse, if I try to watch The Office, I am asked to pay for it, as if the sub is not recognized. System has been updated on both my LG tv and my Roku. what next?

Try finding the Peacock channel through the Store option. Available channels should be listed there. You may have to scroll down a bit.

Else search your show through the Search function within the Apple TV app. Then optionally find your episode of choice. Scroll down to ‘How to Watch’, then select the option there for Peacock Apple TV app channel as content provider for this.

Once your Peacock content has been watched for a bit, then it would show up in ‘Continue watching’, and that should be the easiest to, well, continue watching.
