How to Stop Word Windows from Resizing when Maximizing?
Every time I maximize a Word document, it automatically resizes to full screen. How do I disable that?

This is a setting in Word. In the top of the screen, you will see File, Edit,, 'Window',help.
Click Window-> Move & Resize -> Then select the option you want. I selected 'Return to previous size'. This opens back the same size you last quit.. My preference.
You can however pick any of the options there .. left, right, whatever to you liking.
