Whatsapp Business BUG iPhone 17 Pro Max

Hello,


I have been experiencing a technical issue with the WhatsApp Business app for the past five days. I am using an iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS version 26.0.1. Until a few days ago, the app was working perfectly. However, for the past five days, it crashes immediately after opening.


I have already tried reinstalling the app. Initially, I was able to set it up again, but the error reappeared as soon as I opened a chat or viewed the chat preview. Currently, the app does not start at all.


Since I use WhatsApp Business professionally as a DJ and rely heavily on communication with my clients, I would greatly appreciate a prompt solution.

The latest update to WhatsApp Business from Meta was just 2 days ago, before that there were 3 in the last week. A bug will be introduced in an update to the app and the resolution will also come from an update to the app. All that will be provided by Meta and you have their contact information in this post if you need it.
