I have iPhone 14 pro max accidently i forgot the apple id password. I’m using the phone and afraid of getting restored accidentally. Is there any way to sign out without password. Remember phone is unlocked.

There is no way to sign out of the account without your Password and that is for your protection. If you were able to do that, then a thief could also do that if they snatched the phone out of your hands with it unlocked and set the device up as their own.
You will need to use one of the options here to reset your Password:
If you forgot your Apple Account password - Apple Support
Or, remove the account from your device by requesting an Activation Lock removal. This requires proof of ownership which is usually the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. The device will also be reset resulting in all data from the phone wiped.
