How to access NEW Peacock Apple TV subscription

I am an Apple One Premier subscriber. Today, October 20, 2025, there is a new bundle to get Peacock Premium Plus for $11 via Apple. I signed up. But it is NOT possible to use this service. I am paying for nothing. I happened to already have a Peacock account using the SAME email as my Apple account. So creating a new account via Peacock is not an option. It will just recognize my other Peacock account that has no communication at all via Apple. So how do I access what I am paying for? Apple and Peacock support both have no options for me. They both basically told me, "Oh well."

The easiest way to link to an already existing Peacock account is as follows:

  1. Go to the "Your Subscription is Confirmed" email that you received from apple
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select "Set up your new bundle services"
  3. A new window will open and it will show you the Apple TV option and Peacock Option
  4. Select Peacock option and "Activate Account"
  5. You will then be linked to your previous Peacock Profile that likely shares the same email as your Apple ID
  6. In the "Plans & Upgrades" section, on your Peacock Account, you will see the new Apple & Peacock Bundle plan linked along with your canceled Peacock Subscription- as shown below.

I hope this helps!

I ran into this same problem- I already had a peacock account with an expired subscription, and could not get the new subscription linked. I downloaded the peacock app on my phone and logged into my account. Then, in the App Store, go to subscriptions, click on your bundled benefit, then click open for the peacock app. It then linked the bundle benefit to my peacock account and I was able to login on my tv.

Guys! Okay I got it to work. What we did was contacted Peacock to cancel our annual basic Peacock subscription immediately. We had already cancelled our subscription through Apple to Peacock (valid until Nov 30th). We then unconnected Peacock from connected apps in our Apple TV app, and deleted the Peacock app. We resubscribed to the Apple One Peacock deal for $11/month and then went to the Apple TV app. We went to the Peacock channel section near the bottom and selected a TV show. It brought up that we needed the Peacock app, so we then redownloaded it. It automatically opened it and when we logged in with our peacock details, it then had the apple subscription! We never got the set up your bundle link in our email by the way. I hope this helps everyone!

So here’s what worked for me. I was already a Peacock subscriber so I had to cancel my subscription and let it expire which it did today. (10/27) I wasn’t able to log into my old account using my previous email address (it said my account was frozen) so I had to create another account using a different email. Once I set that up it allowed me to log in and I can see my plan now being billed through Apple.. ridiculous I know, but it worked.

I tried all the things here and none worked. But...I had the idea that maybe..just maybe...the issue was that, because I already had a subscription when I subscribed using the bundle, maybe peacock ignored something at that time. So..just now I tried unsubscribing in my apple subscription management and then instantly resubscribing. And...the next time I accessed the peacock app everything was working!

yeah..I literally unsubscribed and resubscribed within my iCloud subscriptions settings within like 1 minute. I was in the same spot as you…when I unsubscribed it didn’t actually expire for another 20 days or something. It all worked fine to resubscribe even while it was still “active” after cancelling. I think it was simply the process of resubscribing that must of caused some backend process to connect the accounts.

I have found the problem and have a workaround that will work for some and not for others.

if you changed your Apple ID and had subscribed to peacock through Apple anytime in peacocks existence, whatever that email was for your Apple ID is where the subscription is trying to be sent to. I logged into my old email and password that I would have used when I first got peacock billed through Apple, and did this through the peacock app on my Apple TV 4K (I’m assuming this works for the ios app) and it worked. It freakin worked. My account now shows it’s being billed by Apple like it was whenever peacock launched all those years ago lol. I had to have support change my account to my current email and after that I was all set. What a mess. This isn’t going to work if you deleted that peacock account though, or if you can’t remember your password and no longer have access to that email. But that’s the cause, and a temp workaround. Thank Reddit.

Sorry it didn’t work when I first signed up and didn’t have the app on my phone, once I clicked the peacock tab in my iTunes account it took me to the app and downloaded it and signed in with my peacock account then it worked, logged in online as well, and went to account settings at it shows it as being setup with the Apple TV bundle both the app on my phone and online

I believe the main thing to do first is if you have an existing peacock account, cancel subscription first before signing up. If you have issues like I did with my existing email not linking with Apple, support may have to cancel your Apple subscription and have you resubscribe to peacock. That what we did and I sign in with my old peacock sign in and the billing action/account stated billing by Apple. everything works now, you may can cancel yourself through subscription and sign back up, I just know the other guy on the line did it so I would get my money back for previous purchase of $11.
