where is the homepod restart?
The HomePod restart used to be under settings down at the bottom. But now I can't find it. I could only find remove.

It seems to be a bug on the iPhone using iOS 26. (I see the same on my iPhone.) On the other hand, the “Reset HomePod” button is present on my iPad using iPadOS 26.
You can always unplug the HomePod and plug it back to restart it.
