Existing Apple TV+ subscription not recognized

My AppleTV+ account subscription is up to date. However, when I opened this account this morning, my Home page was different with messages of “Free Trail First Episode for Free” on each series that I try to open. When I click on the above message, another message pops up “you have a existing subscription” My Watchlist has disappeared as well as the usual icon for AppleTV+
