The outage has been resolved. Can you now watch your purchased movies? If not, we should follow along with Vancouvers advice.
Correct again! Even all my paid subscriptions are gone! My Apple ID account shows I have no subscriptions when I know I have multiple active subscriptions. These show up in purchase history but aren’t accessible. I purchased two movies just a few days ago are also gone. Only trailers are available.
I am also having a problem. I went to my library on my Apple TV today and it asked me to pick a user and sign in... I had been using other apps today with no issue. When I chose the correct account, it refreshed and said I had no purchases. My purchases show up on my phone fine, it's only the Apple TV device that is not showing them. I've tried turning it off and on again, signing in several times using my phone (where all purchases are showing) and nothing helps. My Apple TV+ subscription is working, and shows in settings. It's just the purchased movies and tv that are missing.

Apple TV Plus would be separate from Apple TV Store Content though?
I would think so, but it's hard to say when there's an outage whats affected. We can't rule it out.
Same here!! Not only that purchases made of movies that are from Disney and others are sending to those streaming apps! Singed out and signed back in - same issue! I think servers down.
Apple TV store content isn’t accessible either!
