Delay in reissuing Apple Gift Card after cancelled order
I have order a 17 Pro Max online, partially paid by apple gift card. The order was in progress and then cancelled, and although no amount was deducted from my credit card or gift card, I was explicitly informed by CS representative that the gift card amount would be reissued to my email within 24–48 hours. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I have received nothing.
I no longer have the physical gift card, which makes the delay even more frustrating. Over the past three days, I have called customer service repeatedly, only to be told to “call back after 24 hours” each time — with no real action or escalation. Has anyone faced the same situation? Any clue on when it will be resolved? Or how can I EFFECTIVELY escalate?
