Purchased a season of a show and only have access to 10 episodes out of 30

I purchased season 1 of a tv series via the apple tv app on my phone, but have only been given access to the first 10 episodes of the season (there are 30 episodes in the season 1). when i went to check my purchase states the whole season was paid for but now in order to watch the rest of the series i have to purchase each episode individually.

also dont have the option to re-purchase the season.
