MacOS Music app 1.6.0.151 scrolling issue

This just started out of the blue, when viewing songs in "song list" view mode in MacOS Music app, the app keeps scrolling until it reaches the top of the list. This is obviously annoying I'm in Music vers. 1.6.0.151 and Tahoe vers. 26.0 (25A354). Does not scroll in safe mode but I have not installed any new software nor any new updates and BAM, this morning it starts this stupid auto scrolling.

Music Automatically Scrolling After Update Install:

A. Report this to Apple:

I've seen lots of reports on scrolling issues --for macOS and iOS and iPadOS. Question is: "Just how many have reported this to Apple?"

Do your Part: Inform Apple of your feedback of this issue. Include how you’ve troubleshot this, and your results. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive from its users, the more likely they will know what needs to be fixed, and what their customers prefer in updates, and future macOS versions to come. Apple with know nothing of this occurrence, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - macOS - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Select: "Software/Firmware Update" for the "Feedback Area"
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

B. Unlock your Music Library Folder:

Right-click on your Music Library folder, and make sure “Locked” is un-checked. Elsewise, it mite skip.

No Success?…

C. A macOS Reinstall May Work:

Back Up, then Reinstall the macOS:

Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be, respectively. Go Here: How to Reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support

Important:

Create a Time Machine Backup, First:

Prior to the re-installation of your macOS, be certain to backup your Mac using a Time Machine Backup. That way, you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Use an external hard drive that is at least 1.5 the total storage capacity.

Had a freeze and had to Force Quit MacOS Music App (MBP 14" M4Max). Restarted just to play it safe, Itunes seemed to take a long time to find the library databse and load it. Now, MacOS Music App keeps scrolling until it reaches the top of the list (one song every second) seems to only be when viewing a playlist as Songs. Doesn't seem to do it in any other view mode. Does not scroll in safe mode. I have updated to the absolutely latest MacOS (26.0.1 (25A362)). MBP M4Max, 64Gb RAM.

Is there a preference file I can dump or do I need to reinstall the Music app? Any ideas would be most helpful. This is making Music App very difficult to use.
