Loud buzzing noise from MacBook Air 2020 model

I have a Macbook Air 2020 model. I've been using it since 2020 and it has worked fine since then. Recently, it's started making a loud buzzing noise. The noise continues all the time- no matter if the laptop is fully charged, plugged in or not etc. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening and how it can be fixed?

I'd really rather try to resolve it myself, since I recently started graduate school and don't have too much time right now to visit an Apple store. Any guidance and advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
