How do I disable the password on system startup?

that is really not a good idea. especially on a MacBook. if you misplace it, anyone could access your Mac.


that said, If you really want to set yours up that way, go into System Settings > Users & Groups and change "Automatically log in as" from "off" to the account you want to login to automatically.
