Extremely Large System Data, how do I remove?

I'm not sure if its VisionOS 26 upgrade or when my AVP tried to sync my huge photo lib to iCloud and I tried to cancel it... but I have a huge "System Data" area of my hard drive I want removed or slimmed down.

Does anybody know how to clean up my AVP? Is there an app that clears out cache files? All suggestions welcomed, however I wish to avoid resetting the device.
