When logging into sites, particular Apple and eMail providers, you can see a history of logins.  Take a screenshot of this on your Mac and on your iPhone, and save then an a are location use as a flash drive in a Tracking unauthorized administrator or MDM access on personal devices
C. Look in your Router:
Using the Default Gateway in your Web Browser, log into your router and see if something in there is shown that should not be.  In it, you’d see the device’s network info and profile info.  Take a screenshot or print it as a PDF document.
Enter either of these two IP Addresses into your Web Browser > Press return > Overview the devices you see.
