Strange files named 'AV-malware-names-305-faUrZ' found after disk map on hard drive

I've recently performed a disk map for my hard drive and when finished, noticed a private file? When I opened the file, I noticed this strange file and one other. What are these files?

When you go digging into the bowels of macOS you will find lots of crazy scary sounding files and references. Same goes for the macOS logs and the contents of those files. Stay out if you value your sanity because trying to make sense of it all will drive you crazy. Apple does not provide documentation for the inner workings of macOS although you may find references to certain things online....sometimes even from Apple.

If you want to know what is included in macOS, then perform a clean install & compare results. If the clean install does not contain it, then it is from something you downloaded and/or installed onto your Mac.
