Disabling AI in a greeting card app on macOS 15.7.1

In one of my favorite apps, a greeting card program, a notice comes up when I choose a label. It says Try AI and does not go away when trying to print the label. I contacted Hallmark, and was told that it had to be fixed in my operating system. research told me to go to System Settings and choose Apple Intelligence. There is no option to choose that. How can I disable AI completely. I'm on the latest Sequoia-- 15.7.1.
