M4 Mac Mini With Sequoia, Mac Mail Account Settings Problem

My son and I bought new M4 Mac minis and are running Sequoia. In the Mac Mail settings for Accounts, the third option is for Server Settings. When he goes to that page, he gets information for Incoming Mail Server: User Name, Password (dots of course) Host name, Automatically manage connection settings, Port, Authentication, Use TLS/SSL,Advanced POP Settings; and Outgoing Mail Server: Account, User Name, Password, Host Name, Automatically manage connection settings, Port, Authentication, Use TLS/SSL, and Authentication. When I go to the same page/place, I only see Outgoing Mail Account. Can anyone tell me how to get the page or screen my son gets?
