Apple Music Playlist Folder 'Unfixable' Error

Context: I started using folders in the Windows Apple Music app.

Problem: A deleted folder became a ghost folder, appearing on other devices except the Windows app. I cannot delete the folder nor use it, as the added content falls through it. I've tried playing with it to make it appear on the Windows app, but to no avail.

This appears to be an error within the code/app.

(Btw, it would be nice to have cover images on folders, Apple)
