Siri Adding Names to Text Messages

Lately and randomly Siri is adding the name of the recipient to my text messages. For example, if I am sending a text message to my friend Michael. I may say, “are you going to the movies with us tonight?” But Siri writes “Michael, are you going to the movies with us tonight?”. I am not saying the persons name (why would I), Siri is just adding the name of the recipient on her own. Again, its not all the time, its random when she decides to do this. But it is always while using CarPlay. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?
