Silence alerts only on hearig aids but not iphone

I use Phonak sphere i9 hearing aids. My iphone (17 Pro Max) has these hearing aids attached as a blutooth device so I can use them to make calls or stream media (which I don't do as they sound pretty bad). My issue is that all my device alerts (iMessage, ring, calendar, etc) send alerts that go into my hearing aids and are driving me crazy with the constant alerts coming into my ears. Is there any way to silence the alarms (all the alarms) to my hearing aids (or AirPods) but let the alerts still come through the iHone speakers as usual? I've gone through every setting on the iPhone and apple support was useless in finding a way to do this as well. Is it even possible or do I just need to disconnect my hearing aids from my iPhone?
