1. Remove Outlook Contacts from the iOS Contacts App

If you're primarily bothered by Outlook contacts appearing in your native iPhone Contacts app (which can then sometimes influence suggestions across iOS), you can turn off the "Save Contacts" setting in Outlook for that account.

  1. Open the Outlook app.
  2. Tap your Profile Picture (or the menu icon $\equiv$) in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap the Settings gear ⚙️ at the bottom.
  4. Under Accounts, select the email account you want to adjust.
  5. Find the Save Contacts toggle and slide it to the Off position.

    • This will remove all contacts synced from this Outlook account from your native iOS Contacts app. The Outlook app itself will still be able to search them.

2. Disable iOS Contact Suggestions (Siri Suggestions)
