iPad Pro touch screen randomly unresponsive

iPad Pro touch screen randomly unresponsive I have contacted Apple but they found no hardware issue.It started after the last two updates. I see I am not the only one having this issue. It has gotten so bad that I don’t use my iPad much. I guess I can sit it on a shelf as an ornament since it is not usable. Apple support, please help. It is not the user.
